Redesign of an e-shop selling and assisting with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Problem
Traditional Chinese medicine has an overwhelming number of products, that does not allow easy purchase for unexperienced people.
The existing Apoteka web has an outdated template with complex informational architecture and lacks strong visual style.

Competitor research revealed a lack of shops offering a modern experience with natural, age-proven medicine.
Reviewing the existing e-shop, I found that the numerous confusing categories and weak visual style added to customer confusion.
To spark my inspiration, I utilized generative AI.

Assistance from trained staff was visually emphasized to make purchasing the right product more easy and effective.
